There is something amazing about growing veggies inside your own home, to use in the kitchen all year long. I have been using Click And Grow for years now, both buying from their catalog, and also funding their kickstarters. As soon as I saw the Click and Grow 25 promo images I fell in love.
I knew I had to help fund this amazing project they were working on, and upgrade from their Click and Grow 9 to this gorgeous big boy of a self sustaining plant pod system!
Three are a lot of home growing plant systems out there, but click and grow stands above the rest. It’s slick, easy to use and the large selection of plant pods makes it fun to try new varieties of greens, flowers and even mini veggies!
I’ve learned so much about new varieties of greens with my Click and Grow, and it’s been so cool to incorporate new plants into my garden! I’ve been experimenting with certain plant pods, and after harvesting several seedlings from a single pod, I leave one to grow on for some time, then repot it into a bigger system. This has been so rewarding, and I’ve been able to even plant greens such as the bloody sorrel in my garden, and they have been thriving FOR MONTHS if not SEVERAL SEASONS after my first harvest of the plant pod. This works well for greens within their catalog that are hardy perennials such as sorrel and shunkigu!
Other plants such as the Swiss Chard, thrives in the plant pods and loves to be harvested multiple times! I’m gearing up for the seed starting season, and something I want to try next is growing some gorgeous flower varieties to then plant out in the garden!
